Thank you for choosing Doctor-Diet.com, a digital health service by Ahad Healthcare. Because we provide personalized, physician-validated diet plans, our refund conditions are specific to the nature of the service.

1. General Refund Policy

Doctor-Diet.com offers digital, instantly delivered, medical-reviewed diet plans, which fall under non-refundable services. Once a plan is generated and delivered to the user, it cannot be canceled or refunded, as significant time, analysis, and physician review are involved.

However, we do offer fair-use exceptions mentioned below.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved ONLY in the following situations:

A. Duplicate Payment

If you were charged twice for the same plan.

B. Technical Error

If the system failed to generate a plan AND you did not receive any diet plan PDF or advice.

C. Payment Taken but No Service Delivered

If payment was successful but your plan was not created within 48 hours.

D. Wrong Amount Charged by Payment Gateway

If JazzCash/Easypaisa/PayFast/Stripe charged more than the displayed amount.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be issued if:

  • You changed your mind
  • You didn't like the plan content
  • You entered incorrect or incomplete medical information
  • The plan was already generated and reviewed by a physician
  • You expected medical consultation (the service is nutritional planning only)
  • You didn't follow the plan and did not achieve desired results

Because the service is digital and personalized, it cannot be undone or resold.

4. Modification Instead of Refund

If you are unsatisfied with the plan due to:

  • Taste preferences
  • Allergies
  • Cultural food mismatch
  • Missing details you forgot to mention

We offer a free one-time modification* within 7 days of purchase.

*For paid plans only

5. How to Request a Refund

You must email us at:

Include:

  • Full Name
  • Email / Phone Number
  • Payment Screenshot
  • Transaction ID
  • Reason for Refund Request

Refund review takes 3–5 business days.

If approved, refund will be issued via: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Bank Transfer, or Original payment method (if available).

6. Processing Time

Once approved, refunds take:

Pakistani Users

3–7 working days

International Users

5–10 working days for card payments

7. Partial Refund Policy

If service was partially delivered (e.g., assessment done but plan not delivered):

50% refund may be issued at management's discretion.

8. No Refund for Subscription Plans

If Doctor-Diet.com launches monthly/yearly subscriptions:

Auto-renewals are non-refundable, but can be canceled anytime for future cycles.
